Frequently Asked Questions: Which voltage do I select when buying G4 bulbs?

Always select

(or AC 110–240V). Do not select DC 12V — DC G4 bulbs are not compatible with this fixture and will not function correctly.

What size is each crystal ball?

Each crystal ball is ∅10 cm (3.9 inches) in diameter.

What is the difference between round and square canopy?

Round canopy has a circular ceiling plate; square canopy has a square plate. The number of balls and cluster dimensions are the same — only the ceiling mounting plate shape differs. Select based on your ceiling junction box shape and aesthetic preference.

Can this lamp be used outdoors or in a bathroom?

No. Indoor use only. The lamp is not waterproof or moisture-resistant.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?

Does installation require an electrician?

Yes. The fixture is hardwired to your ceiling junction box. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended, especially for larger configurations.
