Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern wholesale business with Soom Lighting.

1 · Wholesale Accounts

soomlighting.com serves business buyers. Wholesale pricing, samples and RFQ services require a verified wholesale account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your company information and the confidentiality of your credentials.

2 · Samples

Most products are available as sample orders at US$200 per sample (including variants as listed). Sample fees may be credited against a subsequent bulk order of the same SKU, as confirmed in your quotation.

3 · Quotations & Pricing

Bulk pricing is provided via Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are factory-direct and tiered by quantity; minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per SKU as confirmed in the quotation.

4 · Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed when we issue a pro forma invoice and receive the agreed deposit. Production begins on deposit receipt; balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5 · Production & Delivery

Lead times are stated per quotation and begin on deposit receipt. We ship under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF; DDP on request). Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure, but we will always help you resolve them.

6 · Quality & Claims

Bulk orders undergo pre-shipment inspection with photo reports. Any quality claim must be raised within 14 days of receipt, with photos and order references. Confirmed defects are remedied by replacement, repair credit or refund, at our option.

7 · Intellectual Property

Site content is protected as described in our Copyright & IP page. Custom tooling or designs developed for a buyer remain that buyer’s property as agreed in writing.

8 · Liability

Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9 · Changes
