Privacy Policy
How Soom Lighting collects, uses and protects your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information — company name, contact person, email and shipping details you provide when registering or requesting a quote.
- Order information — products, quantities, delivery addresses and transaction history.
- Usage data — pages visited, searches performed (including images you upload for visual search) and device/browser information.
How We Use It
- To operate your wholesale account, process orders and provide quotations.
- To improve our catalogue, search accuracy and website experience.
- To communicate order updates and — only with your consent — product news and offers.
Images You Upload
Photos uploaded for search-by-image are used solely to match products in our catalogue. They are not published, sold or shared with third parties, and are deleted after processing unless you save them to your account.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order (factories, freight forwarders, payment processors) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies & Retention
We use cookies for sign-in sessions, cart functionality and analytics. Order records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes; you may request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing communications, by emailing sales@soomlighting.com.
